"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change." Carl Rogers

Many of my patients come to therapy feeling less happy, productive, or connected to others than they would like to be. Some are looking for support on a specific challenge, while others seek a more open-ended exploration of possibility and change.

Individuals I work with include adults navigating life transitions or relationship difficulties, people struggling with anxiety, depression, or trauma, LGBTQ+ individuals seeking affirming care, professionals managing job stress or career transitions, and people seeking deeper meaning in their lives.

Couples I work with include those in non-traditional, mixed-culture, mixed-faith, or serodiscordant relationships. Areas of focus often involve communication difficulties, intimacy and sexual concerns, damaged trust, and non-monogamy or open relationship dynamics.
